Hagai Maidenberg | August 8, 2016Niambi Jaha-Echols is a Cultural Agility Strategist, Inspirational Speaker, Thought Leader, Author, Visionary, Professional Educator and nationally recognized Life Empowerment and Transformation Advocate with over 30 years of experience working with various modalities of creativity. She enjoys traveling, inspiring creativity in others and uncovering solutions to challenges that beseech the human spirit.
Wherever she goes, audiences love her humorous, light-hearted approach. As Niambi says, “While making sure that everyone is included in the conversation is critical, I keep it fun and engaging so that people can increase their intellectual and emotional nimbleness and agility without feeling alienated and judged.”
As a Cultural Agility Strategist, Niambi serves as a subject matter expert and consultant to organizations, working with both leadership and staff. She provides creative strategic support, utilizing the Design Thinking methodology on matters of diversity management and inclusive practices in educational and workplace cultures. She offers her advice and guidance to supervisors and managers on best practices associated with leading staff/employees from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, to align inclusion initiatives with the organizational mission, goals, strategies and metrics.
Niambi has been featured in Essence and Ebony Magazines, MSN.com and Oprah’s Angel Network. Niambi has also been recognized by the State of Illinois and Essence Magazine as a woman who is “shaping the world.” She is currently serving on American Camp Association’s National Board Development Committee and National Conference Program Planning Committee, is a faculty member of Expert Online Training, is a member of the National Diversity Council and serves as a Professional Advisor to graduate students at DePaul University’s School for New Learning.

作为一个顾问和鼓舞人心的演讲人,尼安比穿梭于整个国家传递爱和光明。她的文章、教学和哲学影响和鼓舞了无数人。她是2009年由SUNY出版社出版的《非裔美国人和社区的高等教育参与》一书的共同撰稿人和2015年由地球之光出版社出版的《启发我们女孩的灵魂》一书的作者。
尼安比现在为美国露营协会国家董事会工作,她也在其他几个当地的和国家的董事会工作过。《本质》《乌木》杂志和MSN网站专文介绍她的事迹。尼安比也被伊利诺伊州和《本质》杂志评选为“一个正在塑造这个世界”的女性。
尼安比和她的丈夫若德还有他们2013年出生的儿子杰拉尼一起生活在北加利福尼亚中部地区。
