Dr. Sarah Levin Allen
Dr. Sarah Levin Allen is an author, pediatric neuropsychologist, camp systems strategist, and, most importantly, a mom of two bio and two step kiddos. She has more than 15 years of experience studying and applying brain science and is the author of the international bestselling books Raising Brains: Mindful Meddling to Raise Successful, Happy, Connected Kids and the children’s book, Brainy Tales.
Dr. Sarah helps camps train staff to build skills in their campers and counselors rather than just manage their behavior. She conducts workshops and trainings for leadership, staff, and parents as well as helps camps develop systemic approaches that encourage positive mental health foundations and reduces behavior problems at camp.
Dr. Sarah is a multi-generational camper and camp lover. She is passionate about helping to raise kids’ brains without losing your mind!
