Matt Buczek

Matt is the Co-owner and CEO of International Exchange of North America and Camp New York. He has spent his professional career in the camp and conference industry and is passionate about camp and cultural exchange. Matt is of the opinion that the best money spent at camp is on staff.

Matt has run some of the largest camp programs in the country in both the nonprofit and private camping world. He is active in Washington, DC advocating and lobbying for the industry and is a board member of the Alliance for International Exchange.

Matt has a Bachelors in Financial Management and a Masters in Education. He has a passion for finances and maybe loves spreadsheets more than he would like to admit.
